I had a technician (Eddie) come to my house on February 25th to repair a phone issue I was having. I wanted to pass on that he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He re-ran cables that were causing problems and made it much better for me. He explained to me that I didn't need the additional Wifi I had and that the Rogers Modem was Wifi ready.
I was extremely pleased with the technical support that I received from
Jordan last Sunday on behalf of Ramkey and Rogers. Jordan was polite,
courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He ensured that all cable
difficulties were resolved perfectly, and was so kind as to explain every
step along the way. I would definitely not hesitate to phone again if I ever

"Recently I made a decision to switch to Rogers for my cable, internet as well as my phone. I was very lucky in the person who came to hook up my units Dashmir(Dash). He not only hooked up everything but cleaned up everything including wires that had been here for thirty years. Unfortunately, I ran into problems with both Bell and Rogers. Dash had to return to hook back up my cable in the process he wanted to know what the problem was, after explaining what had happenend he said not to worry he knew who could help and very likely correct everything. How is that for helping a customer who was ready to walk away. After a couple of days everything was resolved. Dash came back reinstalled everything, explained everything very patiently. I am 82 years old and I appreciate this kind of treatment. This man is a keeper and deserves a big pat on the back. The person Dash recommended to help resolve the problem was Zach Barbosa, another person who goes the extra mile to help. My sincere thanks to a couple of great guys who helped an oldster."
